This is a two bedroom, plus den bedroom, with three baths, a full kitchen, two decks, hot tub, a livingand dining area, one car heated garage, tv/vcr, washer/drier, stereo, internet connection. There is queen bed in the in the master, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the den. Steps from the gondola, ski lifts and down town dining. This home is connected to our other rental property, the Jennings residence and if rented together, provides an exceptional 8 bedroom, 7 bath property that can accomodate up to 17 guests!

TERMS and CONDITIONS *50% payment due to reserve dates, balance payment before departure. Payment can be made by check, paypal or credit card. *If you cancel your reservation 21 days or more before arrival, the 50% payment will be returned to you. If you cancel less than 21 days before arrival, no payment will be refunded. *auto parking is on the street and is subject to availability. Parking alternatives include free parking at the Telluride Car Henge Public Parking or leave your car at home! Telluride is very pedestrian friendly. Airport shuttle is available and free gondola and bus stops are nearby. * linen change every 3rd day is included in the rental price. Additional cleaning is available at $35 per hour. *No smoking, no pets please. |
